CEO Matt Celotti: Hey, I’m Matt — a hands-on professional with over 20 years in plumbing, building, and everything in between. I’ve dug trenches, built businesses, and now I’m leading a new venture into the world of strata management with some of my closest mates and family.
At Integrity Group Management, we’re doing things differently. We believe property management should be clear, honest, and—dare we say it—a little more human. I bring a no-nonsense approach to getting things done, backed by real experience, a strong work ethic, and a team that genuinely cares.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, father of two, and lifelong sports tragic. Representing Australia in Judo at the 2008 Beijing Olympics taught me a thing or two about discipline, hard work, and getting back up when life throws you (literally).
These days, I still thrive on teamwork—just the kind that happens around boardroom tables and building sites instead of judo mats. Whether it’s solving complex property issues or helping owners navigate the ups and downs of strata life, I’m all about honest communication, smart solutions, and building long-term trust. And if we can have a laugh along the way—even better.
Director of Strata Management Loretta Scagnetti: Hi, I’m Loretta! I’ve had a long and varied career in professional services, administration, general management, and also founded my own company which includes an Industrial PPE Accessories range.
At my core, I am a people person and love to help others by going above and beyond to get results. Customer Satisfaction isn’t just a job to me, it’s my passion and drives me to go the extra mile.
When I’m not working, my partner and I have a busy lifestyle but really enjoy quiet time whenever we can get it. My two grown children are currently living overseas but our home is still buzzing with Romeo the cat and Cleo the Border Collie keeping us busy!
Director of Maintenance Glenn Stackpoole: Hi, I’m Glenn, for the past 25 years I have been working within the construction and maintenance division in the stainless-steel pharmaceutical plumbing industry. This taught me the importance of attention to detail and quality workmanship. No matter the size of a project or task, planning and execution are the hallmarks of everything I have done, as the old saying goes “measure twice, cut once”.
When my wife and I are not playing taxi and cheer leading to our two young children with their sports and social activities, on the weekends I love to get down to the local football in winter, or head down the beach in the summer.
Director of Major Projects (The Legend) Grant McCracken: G’day, I’m Grant, and with 25 years in the plumbing and construction industries, it’s fair to say there is not much I haven’t seen, plumbing and construction isn’t just a job, but a calling. With our great delivery teams, an ability to communicate requirements and manage the timely delivery of our building projects are critical, and the challenge that continually motivates and drives me to continue to improve.
From a personal standpoint, Shannon and I love watching our two daughters participate in sporting activities. Local sports and surfing also give me great joy and inspiration.
Ollie the Owl: Ollie is the Brand Ambassador for Integrity Strata Management Group.
Wise beyond his feathers and always keeping an eye on the details, Ollie is the watchful guardian of Integrity Strata Management Group. Perched high above the bustle, he reminds our team to stay calm, think smart, and solve problems with a cool head (and a hoot or two).
When Ollie’s not overseeing strata plans from his favorite branch, you might find him sharing nuggets of wisdom, encouraging fair play among residents, or posing for the occasional team selfie. Known for his sharp vision and night-owl work ethic, Ollie ensures nothing slips through the cracks – because in strata management, even the tiniest detail matters.
Whether it’s keeping things running smoothly or just bringing a little extra personality to the office, Ollie proves that wisdom, humor, and teamwork never go out of style.
